There is a lot of hype about Social Media and some people think it is ‘not for them or their business’.
However, it does provide an important channel for communicating. Like the press and email, platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter offer a way to raise awareness and generate leads. Social media requires regular content – we can help with that – but a pro-active approach is also needed to encourage and manage engagement. It’s actually better to manage it internally but where resources are limited, we can manage social media activity.
