London, 30 November 2017 – Carrot Cars, Locations Cars, and Greentomatocars, users of Magenta’s private hire and taxi dispatch software, are celebrating having scooped some of the top accolades in the private hire and taxi industry. Presented at the Professional Driver QSI (Quality Service Innovation) Awards, Location Cars won Silver in the Private Hire Company of the Year Small Operator category, while Carrot cars achieved Bronze in the Large Operator category. Greentomatocars, another Magenta customer, also scooped Silver in the Environmental section of these prestigious and hard fought awards.
Carrot Cars, Location Cars and Greentomatocars are all users of Magenta’s ‘autonomics’ dispatch engine, the only solution on the market that can truly think for itself. With arrival times based on real traffic conditions and driver availability rather than zones and queues, allocation priorities changeable at the touch of a button, as well as a smart user interface, the Magenta software is a must have for award winning operators.
“Seeing our customers shine at award events such as this is testimony to the power of ‘autonomics’,” commented Torsten Brose, Business Development Director at Magenta Technology. “This is an increasingly competitive industry where only the best will succeed, and we are increasingly seeing the ‘best’ using Magenta.
“We were equally pleased to welcome a number of new clients and prospects to the event and introduce them to the Magenta way,” continued Brose. “It’s all well and good us promoting ourselves, but when our users are recognised by the industry as best in class, and are willing to attribute at least some of their success to Magenta, then this is reward for our work to date.”
Magenta hosted two tables at the black-tie event, which has become firmly established as the number one industry awards event for private hire and taxi operators. “The QSi awards continue to be ‘the’ event on the private hire and taxi operator calendar, and this year didn’t disappoint,” added Matthew Borland, Magenta’s Sales Director.
“To see delighted customers networking with enthusiastic prospects is a huge testament to the hard work that we, as a team, have put into developing our product and supporting our clients. That hard work has definitely paid off, and we look forward to what the future has in store for Magenta Technology and our revolutionary ‘autonomics’ software,” he added.
